Unused edits: 14 days

Changed your mind? Email hello@ridgefrontier.studiofrom your account's address within 14 days of buying a pack. We'll refund the unused edits from that pack (at the per-edit price you paid) to your original payment method, within 14 days of your request. Edits you've already used aren't refundable, because the clip has been made for you.

Failed edits: automatic

If an edit fails on our side, it's returned to your balance straight away. You don't need to do anything.

Results you're not happy with

Use “Not happy?” on the edit within 7 days and tell us what went wrong. We review every request. If it fell short, we'll return an edit to your balance (a free edit if you used a free one, an unbranded edit if you paid).
